I thought this would happen, we have head strong players who like to do things their own way. But I hoped that it wouldn't.

yes, that thought went through my mind, too, but come on... what kind of behaviour would that be? leave, let the rest of us work our behinds off and then show up again when all is running smoothly? no thank you, they stay away. they would be welcome back within a fairly short time when there is still reorganization going on, but to wait too long and then only get the benefits is way too much to my taste.

The didn't just leave because of the reorganization. They left because the forced activity, a policy I too hate, but since I'm already active and injoy this alliance, I endure it.
